What to expect from an appointment
We start with your concerns and agree on the devices and accounts involved. You do not need a technical diagnosis.
Remote reviews are available across Australia where suitable. Some concerns need physical access to a device. In-person checks are available in Sydney.
We confirm the appointment length and quote before you book. Duration varies with the scope.
Have your device type and a brief description ready, if safe. Do not send passwords, unlock codes or private evidence through the enquiry form.
Your choices and the limits of a check
You choose whether to proceed with each proposed change. Removing software is not an automatic part of the check.
We provide written findings and explain any limits. A remote review cannot inspect a car or home. No check guarantees complete detection.

Questions you may have
Can a scanner app tell me whether my phone is safe?
A scanner has limits. Account access and location sharing may not involve malicious software. No single result rules out every source of information.
Could someone notice the check?
Possibly. Account sign-ins and changes can create alerts or become visible to someone with access. We discuss those risks before checking anything. We cannot promise an undetectable check.
What if nothing is found?
We explain what we checked and what the check could not establish. An unclear result does not dismiss your experience. You can still seek support for your safety concerns.
Will the findings be usable as evidence?
We provide findings in writing. Tell us before the check if you may need evidence for police or a lawyer. Ask them what they need. We do not guarantee that a report will meet legal requirements.
